On Sunday 15 Oct 2017, Jeddah, the 15th workshop of biosecurity application in aquaculture projects was held and organized by Saudi Aquaculture Society and Ministry of Agriculture in cooperation with maram company and seaworld aquaculture company.
The workshop discussed the latest updates related to applying the control program of biosecurity on aquaculture projects out of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in diseases cases. In addition, the workshop reviewed experiences of projects and farms working in the second whether shrimp or fish production projects as well as tackling the procedures taken by these projects to face diseases problems. 
Moreover, the workshop was held in cooperation with 3 International experts specializing in Vaccines
Fish health and Biosecurity. And other experts from Saudi Aquaculture Society and Ministry of Environment, Water, & Agriculture, and representatives of aquaculture projects. On the sidelines of the workshop, the technical team supervising biosecurity program application held every three months held a meeting.
