SAS's Chairman and some of board's members have visited his Excellency Undersecretary of Ministry of Agriculture for Fisheries Affairs and also Borders Guards Command in Riyadh to form a tripartite committee includes Ministry of Agriculture, Borders Guards Supreme Command and Saudi Aquaculture Society.

The goal sought from this is to study all security requirements of borders guards in addition to the technical and operational requirement in relation to Aquaculture industry using the floating cages according to conditions of Ministry of Agriculture. It is conditioned that the committee shall complete its work within two months as of the date of approving the same.
