The investor shall find the request forms for obtaining licenses, including an information request about the investor as well as a request form for information on the project.It also includes the conditions which must be met to obtain the license for inland water aquaculture projects, coastal marine water projects and inshore floating cages aquaculture projects.

On the other hand, the controls include the relevant undertaking for obtaining the license in which it is prohibited for any party to establish aquaculture projects without obtaining approval from the Deputy Ministry for Fisheries Affairs, in addition to 13 other items pertaining to the requirements and commitments that must be observed by the investor.
